Course Overview
Our private PAT testing courses are expertly delivered by our trainer on your premises (or a premises of your choice). They are aimed at organisations that are looking to PAT test electrical items in-house or prior to resale such as in charity shops and repair cafés. No experience is required, with this course being ideal for staff and volunteers who are new to PAT testing.

Pricing Overview

Our course pricing is based on location, with two zones reflecting travel distance for our trainer. Zone A covers most of mainland UK, while Zone B includes Cornwall, Scotland, and Wales. ​
​
Zone A (Mainland UK excluding locations in Zone B): £1,400 + VAT
Zone B (Cornwall, Scotland, Wales): £1,550 + VAT

Additional Same Day Sessions (if required): £400 + VAT for Zone A, £550 + VAT for Zone B

Our private courses are designed for up to 12 delegates. For larger groups, we can arrange an additional session on the same day at a reduced cost.

Course Details
​​
Our courses include forms and other documentation for planning and implementing a PAT scheme in the workplace. A helpful practical session assisted by the Trainer as well as a questions and answers session are included as part of the course. All delegates will undertake a 30 question multiple-choice test and will receive a Certificate on satisfactory completion of the course.

No previous experience is required. This face to face PAT Testing Course allows someone new to Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to learn how to safely and competently undertake PAT Testing ‘in-house’ or in a Charity Shop selling donated electrical goods.
